A substantial book with good depth of cover in a wide range

I am a consulting electrical engineer and as such am involved in design and specification work in a variety of areas. This book has repeatedly provided me with either specific information to cover a technical problem or has provided a starting point for further research. Relevant standards are commonly listed at the start of sections.
