I wanted a Bible to read easily, but this is hard on the eyes

The print is too tiny for me. I wanted a Bible to read easily, but this is hard on the eyes. I've added a photo so you can see the size with the ruler.

Great "homework" Bible

I enjoy a Bible study method that requires a lot of marking so this is a perfect Bible. When I teach books of the Bible I have my students buy this because it's inexpensive and it leaves them without any regrets about "scribbling" in their fancy Bibles. For the price this Bible holds up to a lot of wear. It's a great deal.

The type is too small

I ordered these Bibles for a children's (ages 10-13) Bible study group, so that 1) everyone would have a Bible and 2) they would all have the same version as we read aloud and study. Unfortunately, when I opened the NIV Outreach Bible, I just wanted to immediately close it again...which is not the reaction I want or that I want the children to have! The type is too small and looks "smooshed" together.
The price is wonderful on these Bibles, but I am already looking for a different copy that will be affordable and easily readable.
