Deborah Sharon Love was born in 1954 in Milwaukee,Wisconsin.Her educational experience was obtained at Milwaukee Area Technical College,where she received a degree as a Surgical Technician. Deborah was trained and specialized in cardiac vascular thoracic procedures.She is also a licensed and ordained minister.Deborah attended Crichton College where she graduated in the area of Biblical studies located in Memphis Tennessee. Deborah loves old school music, especially Luther Vandross.One of her most favorite things to is dance and go fishing.Deborah is a Marshall Artist and holds a green belt in the style of Parsaryu.She is also the mother of 3 beautiful children Shirron, Larry and Radontae and shared in the upbringing of her sister's 8 children Patrice,Shenita, Neomi, Cynthia,Victoria, Elizabeth, Charles III,Charles IV.

Deborah Sharon Love is a magnificent storyteller! I was immediately drawn into the charming yet complicated world of the main character, a young black girl with her own ways of dealing with peer pressure and sizing up the adults that cross her path as she grows up in a very profound existence. Blue Moon is filled with some of the most descriptively-alive characters I've ever experienced while reading a book. This book is a must read!

Blue Moon, Excellent!!! Debra Love did a great job depicting the street life. She didn't sugar coat, it is what it is. This novel is powerful, you feel like you're in the moment. Living the life of drugs and prostitution, she shows us just how easy it is to get caught up in the trenches. As she move house to house, state to state, she always knew God was her refuge and strength, wherever she went. It's like God does not offer us a way out of the testing of life, but he offers us a way through. Debra Love got that, and served it to us in Blue Moon. Thanks Ms Love, well done!!!
